I can't believe how the tone of posts have changed in the past several days. In reality the only thing that has changed is the stock price. I am disappointed that this month has been so dry in terms of new contracts and press releases, but I still believe the company is on the right track and is headed for bigger and better things. If the product wasn't all that it was thought to be, I think we'd see some companies dropping the product after using it a while. I have not seen any evidence that any companies have dropped it. On the contrary some companies, like AT&T and Lucent, have expanded their relationship with TSIS. Yes this is a bad patch, but don't jump ship just yet.

Barbara:

Oh, how I hope you are right. I agree that good pr will help tremendously but then again I compare this in a way to COSFF , Corel Corp. If you have a great mousetrap like Corel did in their Wordperfect and then had a 75% gross margin on the product as Wordperfect did; but so much was thrown away on marketing expenses that Corel was losing money hand over fist.

If I had my preference I feel the best way to market our products would be to do it with an in house approach. I feel if outside commissioned people are used they will not be properly motivated. Also if outside people are used they have no incentive to maintain the account and this is more important than the initial sale IMO.

So the inside approach got them to where they are today and I say stick with it. However it seem they are in the process of changing horses in the middle of the stream.
