Ok I see. I didn't think I had read that here. I look at Yahoo, but some posters I skip because I know that all they are going to do is spin.

AJammer, though I think he means well, is one of them. He is there only to spin and changes with the wind. Example: He now supports Hayton when just recently he thought Hayton was a bad guy.

He spins whichever way he thinks will bring the price up, when nothing he or any of us does will alter the price. Only one thing will do that now. Full, honest and aggressive communication with the investment community.

If the former SIM'ers want a battle, then let's take it to them publicly. Let's call a spade a spade. If they really are playing games with lawsuits, then I say get public about it. I don't care if it ruins their careers if they're trying to ruin regular peoples investments for their own gains. Let's play down and dirty on this one if it's for real.

Frankly I don't trust either side at this point. ESVS/ZULU could change that opinion very easily by showing that they're not going to simply rollover and play dead after this current Wired article. Show some spunk people. Now is the time to come out of hiding. Today would be good!
