P why would he get a margin call when he has thousands of shares he paid .07 cents apiece for?????

Insider selling

I don't know what you guys are worried about with Strauch and others selling shares. Not only is most of their compensation paid in options, but with the prices of the sales, they can't pay their country club dues. Thats who is issuing margin calls, not their brokers. Along with their maids and their gardeners.
