From the standpoint of credibility, I have to say that I was impressed when ADOT began SEC reporting earlier than projected.

ADOT said in a press release they would be reporting with the SEC by July 15, 1998 and then they actually accomplished it 3 weeks earlier on June 23, 1998.

Agreed 'blessed', with the cash on hand they should now have enough operating capital to finish R&D efforts ($250k) and complete the existing order.

Further operating capital ought to be generated through existing order completion payments - ie. stop the dilution of share price - or at the very least ADOT ought to fess up with what their intent is vis a vis how much additional capital they believe they need to raise through additional dilution so that their existing 'following' doesn't get chewed up in the process.

Dilution hurts us investors. But if they're going to do it, then at least let us know what to expect so we can mentally prepare for a further decline in share price.

Averaging down is okay, once. I don't want to keep on doing it.

Lastly, Brad, good luck on the 13.5 cent further accumulation. Thanks for your reassurances and your report on the visit to both ADOT and Biomoda. I agree that having the right people in place, with proven track records, speaks volumes. However, as Nutbuster will attest, "Alex Dominguez" mind sets can be very expensive even with technologically capable people at the helm (see OTC BB: MPEG) and although there are successes in the BB investment arena (see OTC BB:DCHT) there are many more laggards than 10 baggers to be had.

Keeping my feet on the ground (for now), and an objective head. What would really impress me right now is the name of a recognized client as the first 'buyer' of their billboard technology.

blessed,
Thanks for the well organized, factual post. ADOT could be placing more stock to finance their operations but it's hard to understand why they bothered to buy any back as they did if they are in need of funds. IMO the previous financing deals they made could be the shares being sold now. It looks like someone is selling from some supply. Hopefully they will run out soon. Or maybe it's the MM's.
