Sorry, Cav, venture capital firms don't have CRD#s. Maybe you might want to call Wellrich at the number listed in the opening post before you imply certain things. While you're on the phone with them, ask them if they're being sued by AZNT. Then call Rich_1 and come back here to confirm exactly where and in what context Wellrich may have been mentioned in that 120 page court document that supposedly applies only to Andy Mann et al. And, lastly, call up AZNT and ask them if they ever sent shares to Wellrich. Wouldn't you agree it would be hard to short against shares that you never owned? Heck, call the TA and ask them. Ask AZNT why Wellrich would want to sully their reputation by telling shareholders who bought AZNT shares on the basis of Touch of Nature that the product didn't exist? Sorry, the "I'm sorry I lied. Please forgive me" routine only works in politics, not investing (g). Now, start making some calls! - Jeff
