During a vitriolic personal attack, Kernen said today that Jim Rogers has been short bonds since 8%. Blatant Lie! October 1994 was the bottom of the bond bear market, and Rogers bought around then. He made a fortune over the next year, more than Joey has ever seen in his whole life. Jimmy has made some attempts to short bonds at much higher prices, but has covered when the market didn't go his way or went his way too slowly.
