In the fine print of Noble House's description of their client, Quick Tent, it states: The advertised company has retained Noble House of Boston, Inc. as its investor relations counsel and has paid Noble House of Boston, Inc. and its affiliates for such promotional services, including this publication, by issuing 200,000 shares of common stock, all of which will be sold when appropriate. Officers, directors, consultants and employees of NHB may also from time to time have a position in and purchase and sell the securities mentioned.
