Joe, had to come over to tell you I am starting to buy TAVA here. Can't see the downside risk more that what it lost Monday in the sell off. If ZITL can trade at 4, surely TAVA is worth much more.

Nasdaq says Yahoo! will move into
Nasdaq 100

WASHINGTON, Sept 2 (Reuters) - Internet media company
Yahoo! Inc. (YHOO - news) will replace phone company MCI
Communications (MCIC - news) as part of the Nasdaq 100
Index after MCI completes its merger with WorldCom Inc. (WCOM - news), the Nasdaq Stock
Market said on Wednesday.

The Nasdaq 100 is a weighted index comprised of 100 of the largest non-financial stocks listed on
Nasdaq, based on market capitalization. It is considered a benchmark for investors tracking large
growth stocks traded on Nasdaq.

Yahoo! shares were up $4.25 at $76.50 on Wednesday.

Nasdaq said it would announce the effective date of the index change when it becomes available.

Separately, Yahoo! said on Wednesday it had expanded its pact with on-line bookseller
Amazon.com (AMZN - news), the premier bookseller within many of Yahoo's sites that users in
Europe and Asia access.
