Time for a grammar lesson Chief. "Their" is a possessive pronominal adjective generally the plural of the demonstrative pronoun. Sorry it just can't refer to a place.

chief - as always, just our opinions...and they differ. 1. GE cetainly does not have the internal expertice to refute a well respected mining consulting/engineering firm. 2. if BDs report is negative, i would imagine the SEC would have what they need to file formal charges. 3. given the chance to clear their name, refer to #1.

since you were their, don't you mean you "lost their shirt."
