Same type of problems in mine, i am sure in everyone's, how about getting to pay them $25 when you close or move the account ? you like that, people are only leaving becasue they are completely messed up. Status screen does not show a sell i did today, I got no confirmation on the PC or the phone 1 800 775 0404, yes, like you said Niagara dalls with hands tied behind your back. System up, system down, when up, all data is wrong. Has Monday cash value showing and its now wed, what about tues ? You got to keep your own records. jim
