You're worried about Wellrich being libeled by AZNT shareholders!? <LOL> You are a real trip. What about the invalid shares going thru the TA yesterday? Have you knowledge of when everyone is gonna be served ? You seem to be in denial.

Jeff under the new rule for 144 effective Jan 1, 1998, that theory is correct. Rule 144 is now a 1 year hold. But, under the terms of the agreement, the hold that the shareholders we're given was an agreed 2 year hold.......144 has nothing to do with it. Their investment agreement supercedes the 144 rule because they all agreed to it.
