Re: MRVC statements on accounting procedures- As I recall, one of the analysts just after Vivek Rao said something like... "there is considerable allegations by the shorts that MRVC used inapropriate accounting procedures- can you comment?" Ed Glaser says "MRVC is in complete compliance with GAP" That is all he said. I interpret this to mean that MRVC has done all of the accounting in a legal way, and will not dignify the question further. Pink is all over on this issue, from the company is crooked to the accounting rules allow them to present themselves in a favorable light, and the rules should be changed.
