A quick look at the Help files in the QP2 Scan program seems to indicate that the only scannable Relative Strength parameters involve Wilder's RSI, which compares the stock to its own previous performance. Not what you're looking for, I'd guess.

Just out of curiosity, how would you use this element?

Your comment doesn't explain what you want.

If you explain in detail perhaps there is a scan that will do what you want.
