Uh oh. Are we going to have a press release alleging improprieties by the TA now?

Oh dear. I really do HOPE the webkmaster isn't planning another release like yesterday's. That one was off the wall... Don't they have this stuff vetted by ANYONE? Are they CRAZY?

Oh, and WHICH TA? It's already rumored that they've alleged improprieties by the old TA. Now the new one, too?

Seems that everybody's ganging up on poor little AZNT, doesn't it?

Jeff,
It isn't the TA in question, it's Andy Mann's shares that are going from one Canadian account to another like a pin-ball game. You know....the illegal shares with the legends pulled? Hey Jeff, what lawyer is responsible for getting those legends pulled? Can you fill me in? So these illegal shares are being passed around to cover one short after another... and guys like you and Ron Reece are worried about the Brazilian chewing gum? Give me a break dude! Have you gotten the court documents yet? I think so, I've been seeing some great email flying by with more convoluted tales about Gary Sylver and a certain AZNT owned company. The email is pure B.S. BTW.
The TA busted the ones try to pass the illegal shares, and the court has ordered they be covered and extracted from the legal float. What is the shorts or bashers argument here? Shorting is one thing, dumping 4MM plus illegally obtained shares into the float is another. Once they're all served they are forced to cover, next comes the new cusip # and new tic'. The game is over dude. Why are defending Wellrich? They are not licensed to be a broker/d ?What is your point? You're wrong about the shareholders agreeing to 2 yrs., it's legal and that's the case. Now get over it dude. Once those shares, hopefully soon, are covered, you'll see a squeeze, not before.
