FWIW, Peter Andrews, tech analyst at A.G. Edwards, just gave COMS a plug on CNNFN. COMS was one of his three top picks in networking. He said that COMS is much better positioned in voice technology than either LU or NT.

joe,

Cramer is probably right and the individual investor trading online as well as these so-called "bandits" are creating alot of volatility and the volatility will continue from this imo. The "buy on dips" mentality of the individual investor has worked so well over the last 5 years that it probably won't go away that easily.

Earnings countdown is 21 days, or 15 trading days, based on Sept. 23 after close report date. I think modems sold like crazy this qtr., even with small margin this should help. New products being accepted by market should help conference call tone and obviously future revenues and gross margin projections. Hopefully, this all materializes and analysts increase earnings estimates.
