Dear Pain

Why don't you call and talk to Rasio about the tests they did last
year on the paper filler product? Research instead of sloppy posts on

Barb-

You state that the company has no valuable technology although you have admitted that who have done little due diligence of your own on the subject. It appears you are simply believing what Asensio has claimed for the last two years while he profited from a steep decline in share price. You're welcome to your opinion, including the one re: .02 cents.

Its unfortunate that we'll have to wait awhile before concluding who was right or wrong, but at some point we'll know. The company survived one of the most outrageous coordinated short selling campaigns ever witnessed by market makers, brokers, and observers (based on many conversations with same...) so it appears we will at least know someday.

With the recent turmoil around the world and the likelihood of a major catastrophe in the Middle East it is comforting to know that many companies, including Solv-Ex, are working on cracking the "code" to huge Athabasca resources. I remain convinced that Solv-Ex research has indeed produced patents that will be of significant value and am willing to hold my shares as long as it takes to finally find out.

See you at $20.00

David

Barb,

I appreciate your response to my posting. I do know some people who didn't vote their proxies, but all would have cast them for Solv-Ex had they done it. I realize that is not a great test sample, but no matter what, a majority voted with the company.

I also disagree with your statement "Rather, the slow and ongoing covering of pre halt short positions is what is holding this stock up at these inflated levels." The reason I don't believe this is the case, is that there are numerous share delivery problems and that I have had orders that weren't filled on days when my bid was greater than the high for the day. I know of this happening a number of times with other people as well. If all of these trades were legitimate shareholders, the above shouldn't happen. But you're right, I don't know for sure either, but at least I here is some evidence to support my beliefs.
