Mr. Pink, I'm playing devil's advocate on FP. Agree with you on negative cash flow and need to secure their consumer loans.

But in their favor: the say they have only used $1.5B of $5B credit facilities (warehousing, etc) and most of their loans involve second mortgages for debt consolidation.

Comments?

Thanks,

Gary

Just curious Mr. Pink. In the interest of openess to your followers including me, at which price range did you start your short on FP?

In the interest of financial management I assume your best customers get the news of your short recco first. So how much time passes between your recco to them and your recco to us.

Thanks for insight.

Well, it seems that FP is off to a fine start!!

BTW...I'm starting to nibble at CCI and perhaps CMB (both long). Am I too early?

Something is brewing with ICII (Imperial Credit Industries)
another specialty finance co

Check out the chart of ICII and affiliated companies
ICMI, FMAX, and SFC.

It looks like a house of cards with SFC the bottom
card in trouble.

Are you aware of what's happening here, your Pinkness?
