DGIV will start to attract new money as its ability to carry out its business plan becomes apparent to investors. MMs have gotten a lot of cheap shares lately as impatient shareholders sold.One consequence would be that the price will be allowed to run up "naturally" with buying pressure, as we have seen the last 2-3 hours, since MMs have been able to cover their positions with shares sold last few days.
