If you go back to the original bet posts you'd know that there are not one, but two conditions: (1) DGIV has to have the SEC filing in the EDGAR database, and (2) No reverse splits are allowed to get the Nasdaq listing. I was amazed at how much the manipulators bumped the price of DGIV up today, when there is nothing tangible happening. Hype springs eternal!
