Tom, Call me Radim, I'm "nobody" and young (being silly). When I worked at MultiLink (part of PictureTel) on video/audio/data conferencing bridge project, the first contract was with some company who "gave" us telephony equipment. Of cause we had a client. The second client was Canadian school, so it was at discounted price. Since there were other direct competitors (VideoServer) revenues could be project per a unit sold. The difference between the first clients and competitors client's profits were very big. Radim
