Well ... I am not trading this one at all. Had I been, I would have a much lower average price ... or free shares by this time!! Anyway, once a deal is signed it is contracted and we can't lose it. You can only lose a deal prior to its being signed which is why they must not leak any info prior to a deal being finalized. And competition will always be there ... if this wasn't a lucrative business, there would be none. But I feel news should be released once it is safe to do so, and finalizing a deal does just that.
