Agreed, and as I always have said, its nice having a broker that does phone based business as well. Always have support number.

MB's problem was Townsend Analytic's feed. I use another TN affiliate and suspect they all had the same problems.

www.taltrade.com, their server, disconnected three times yesterday, forcing a 5-10 min downtime each time. Fortunately, I was not in any positions at the time. The open feed jammed things up good for the first 15-30 minutes yesterday and today.

I use a shotgun with 56K total but the data was jamming in the queue at the server, not the end user. Didn't have any problem hitting ISLD bids or seeing my market show up immediately.
