I am as bullish as anyone when it comes to ARTT, but that statement seems to infer that the recent decline is completely irrational, rather than an overreaction.

ARTT will need capital, and lots of it. At the present time, there is very little high risk capital available. Although I think that the 3 city rollout will demonstrate the viability of ARTT's business model, it would be wrong not to discount to some degree the possibility that ARTT could go bust next year.

That said, I think that at $3 and change, the market is way over-discounting that possibility.
