Radim, I'm sorry, but after looking at your link, I'm missing the importance that you are trying to point out. Yes, many first customers have sweetheart deals. Such a customer is often referred to as a lead blocker. Lead blockers have been used throughout the history of introducing a new product / service, or business start-up, and always will. As a mater of fact, if a new business did not use a lead blocker (or even two), I would think management was very young and idealistic in their business planning. Best wishes, ......-jp
