Auric,

excellent thread!

The inventory should be valued at a declining rate of 2% per month, based on a article I read regarding CPQ and their inventory problems several months back. The reasoning is that new PC components are cheaper and have greater capacity, making the older inventory worth less. Companies that don't discount older inventory are left holding the bag (of garbage) as buyers can generally buy newer and better components for less.

I have no position on this company, but I intend ot start my due diligence.
