Correct, xoma employee sees data. Remember, xoma actions are to increase manufactoring capacity, employees for such, and has a lot of manpower directed towards completing the BLA prior to dsmb. I do think that the theory of dsmb and low stock price might somehow come into play. A word of caution though, which I have repeated many times, the 200 accrued include "less seriously ill" from the uk. This may make stoppage more difficult. Just a thought. Consider all above as opinion.

JOEBT1, you make me feel younger. Keep making me relive my life. De ja vu, all over again! Been there done that.!!! No XOMA employee has access to unblined data. A hundred or so post ago we went through this. I cut and paste from XOMA FAQ pages to show clearly how this stands. That's o.k. with me, you can continue to post that this is what you heard from I.R. I am not going to call you any names. <g> I like your post. Better yet wait a month and come back and post the same thing.
