Shareholder get an annual report, get a chance to ask question at the annual
stockholders meeting, and get press releases at the same time as the general public. That
is it!

Don't forget, company officials meet with analysts frequently and give them information in addition to the above. Don't shareholders deserve the same information given to analysts?

Shareholder get ... press releases...

I went to the web site to look for press releases on financial information. I found only one such release. The pertinent sections:

Financial Intranet Inc. (OTCBB: FNTN),
a New York based network developer of Intranet and Internet specialized services, reported
today an un-audited (loss) of ($587,000) for the year ended Dec. 31, 1997 or (5 cents) per share
on 11,444,000 shares outstanding.

In addition, First Quarter ended March 31, 1998 produced a (loss) of ($360,033) or (2 cents) a
share on 16,183,877 shares outstanding of which 4,230,483 shares were investment stock.

I take back my earlier statement that yours are the best figures we have. We do have better figures on net income.

BUT, in my experience press releases normally say "loss of $X on revenues of $Y." No mention of revenues here. Was it a loss of $587K on $0 revenue, 1K, 10K, 100K, 1M?

Also, note no press release on 2nd quarter earnings. If 1st quarter earnings were released on April 20, 2nd quarter should have been reported around July 20, or 6 weeks ago. Where's the 2nd quarter report?

DePeepster &/or Barbara, ther are two good questions for you to ask: where are the 2nd quarter results, and what were the gross revenues for last year and the first 2 quarters of this year? Surely even Jim Porter won't argue that those are proprietary information which shouldn't disclosed, would you?
