Casey, I do not know all the details and cannot comment therefore. I remember questioning Rene on the $5 MM in "intellectual property" that was on the book last year (asking in essence who received it, it was a company controlled by Rene, I reported this here, so you guys should not be too surprised. In any event without knowing how the transaction is structured I cannot really make an "intelligent" comment.
