Well, I guess if it's causing a problem this year, then it must have caused a problem last year, 'cuz they were a Delaware corporation last year too.

Please remember also that the shareholders of a company ratify the selection of an auditor at the Annual Meeting for that year. TSIS's shareholders did so ... and it was the same auditor who performed last year's audit.
