I got some rules on buybacks gang!!

"Share buybacks, or normal course issuer bids allow companies to buy up to a certain percentage of their market float -- usually five to 10 percent -- when their share prices merit.

The buybacks serve a dual purpose. When a company buys its own shares for cancellation, it is wagering that its stock price will improve in the foreseeable future, allowing it to issue new equity at higher prices."

THIS WAS FROM ARTICLE OFF THE WEB TONIGHT ON BUYBACKS

Guess we all can learn why maybe MRV only did 1 million

David, you guys really can decide what you want to do with this stock. You can spin the insider selling anyway you want. I really don't care. I am totally disinterested in MRVC now. But Albert misrepresented what I posted as well as the facts, and I posted the facts to clear that up. Good luck to you.
