Yes thanks Tom,

Waiting with moderate confidence, I might even get s'more.

In my opinion if Mr N saw he could loose this case he never would have started it.

As far as I know "if you bought, it you bought it" unless there was a conditional clause to that effect.

If there was such a clause I think Mr N would have done nothing except quietly mention it was a no go thru the full reporting papers out the first of october. If I'm wrong about it being the first someone please correct me.

I could be wrong but I don't think so

JMO,
FP

Hello! Tom and Lance,

Tom, Thank you for the informative update/re-cap of the historical press/news releases-- your time and efforts are appreciated.

Lance, Thank you for shedding some positive thoughts, comments and opinions regarding JNNE! With all the negative overtones I have been succumbed to in the media surrounding the World Of Investment recently it was extremely refreshing to see a positive shareholder believing in one's investment. Well Done! JMO!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.

Tom,

Thanks for posting those PR's. They do show that AMERINET was enthusiastic about their deal for RETN. Out of all three PR's I found the first one to be MOST encouraging. It states that the deal will be completed after DUE DILIGENCE is completed. Having stated that - they went through with the deal months later. This I believe is important because now they must show blatant or intentional misrepresentation by JNNE regarding RETN or that JNNE was neglegant in disclosing material facts before the deal.

JMO, I'm no lawyer and without more information of what is contained in the counter lawsuit we are still left speculating. Since ANFS has a bigger wallet they can afford to drag this case on for a lot longer than JNNE. JNNE'S Lawyer is only getting peanuts and won't want to deal with a long drawn out case, at least not for the fees we were told about. Its to his best interest to settle this quick but not necessarily to ANFS's best interests. Indeed, I would think it would benefit them to have this drag on so they could delay having to come up with any judgement or settlement money to pay JNNE should this be decided against them.

AGAIN, JMO.
