The lessee's representative was Dan Oury of Business Real Estate/New America Network, and the lessor's representative was also Oury. sddt.com Mar 31, 1998 bgtit, could you fill us in a little more as to what role Peter Shurer played here? Was he a broker there or more of an investment banker? Did he arrange with AZNT to sell these shares and how did these shares that he somehow got, came to be gotten by him? I am confused by how these shares got into the market. Thanks in advance.
