Mike, The address TTRIF shows is 11600 Twigg Place, not the 11611 you show. Is it just a typo or are they different places? If I recall correctly, someone who visited the site said there was a wrecking yard next door. I can't imagine a wrecking yard paying $8K a month rent for less than 2 acres. Most need several acres and rent is in the hundreds, not thousands. Thanks for your effort, maybe someone that visits the site could find out how large the wrecking yard is and maybe even what they pay to lease it? Even if TTRIFs lease turns out to be at arms length, $8000 a month seems like an outrageous sum. Regards, Gary
