Sojourner--Your dd and thoughts have been excellent!!! There is nothing confusing except Jeff's out of context e-mail!! Yes, there has been an offer, but I get the distinct impression Jeff would not vote his shares in favor of the buyout which leads me to ask ---how many shares and what % does he personally control?? I saw this number somewhere. If its more than 20% and he does not go along with the Boards recommendation, can he personally put the kabash to the deal?? Its all very interesting. Hang in there SS, it will all come together ... we just don't see the big picture, and Jeff does. IMO, there is a lot of dealing and leveraging going on.
