Ocerg:

Well, we all know that SEPR does NOT trade on the NYSE, but rather on the Nasdaq Market.

Secondly and as is very common with most small & mid-cap stocks, there are usually only a few MM, and hence much easier for a single-handed manipulation. If you still don't agree with my analogy, then let me ask you the question: Why was the price held down all day long when most large-size blocks were on the buy-side. It took a sell order of less than 3,000 shares for the MM to drop the Bid/Ask Price down by a good 3/4 pt., while a buy order of more than 40K would only inch the Bid/Ask up by a mere 1/8 pt. ???

It is usually a lot easier to disagree with someone's else opinion, and much more difficult to explain why !!!! GOOD LUCK
