Mudry - you jerk (again) + SV-35 will replace methylene chloride

SV-35 is much more than just a paint stripper - it's a revolutionary product used to separate surface coatings from substrates. Paint is just one of those surface coatings - there are thousands of others. I'm just playing with some numbers and guessing at what the potential market may be for SV-35 in the next twelve months. Whatever the actual size near term - we'll know in 12 months - but it's going to be big. Thanks AL and Greg for your follow ups.

Mudry - you idiot - trying another negative spin. Napier's 'main deal' was with ICI (+ CCL Industries is now also big) - read the April 21 News again fool.

"...Napier and Aquasol have further agreed, irrespective of the above noted transaction, to immediately enter into a mutual private labeling agreement so as not to delay the subsequent private labeling agreement with I.C.I.. Therefore, if the plan of arrangement between Napier and Aquasol does not complete, both companies will nonetheless obtain certain exclusive marketing rights for the others' product."

If at the end of the day the merger doesn't proceed - there will still be a mutual arrangement between Napier and Aquasol. Napier and Aquasol form a perfect synergy and are a wonderful match - but for now it's ICI and CCL that are the main players.

From what I hear more than 95% of Aquasol's private shareholder's are for the merger.

Mudry - you may be Gary McPeak's boy - but you have no creditability anywhere. In any case is this the Gary W McPeak from Edmonton you're writing about? There is a G K McPeak from Calgary - but as Gary filed his law suit in Edmonton I'll just presume that it's the Gary W. McPeak - and assume he's listed - easy enough to find him:

Mudry - here's what Brad said about you last time:

isdnwire.com

June 8 Napier News

"The following is a clarification of circumstance regarding a supposed report that was issued, Friday, June 6, 1998 by Brent Mudry under the guise of a street wire news release and posted under the Napier ticker symbol. (Stockwatch June 8, 1998.) Before I rebut Mr. Mudry, whom to my understanding was removed from a Napier annual general meeting (prior to my involvement with Napier) for creating a disturbance, let me first set the record straight regarding Carlo Civelli. Mr. Civelli has, subsequent to the B.C.S.C. order, (even though he has been an insider since Feb. 12, 1998) filed his insider reports and it is my understanding that the cease trade order is to be revoked. Although I personally have never met Mr. Civelli, the extracts of the insider trading reports that were telefaxed to Napier on June 5 have shown nothing but long standing faithful support for the company.
...
I cannot imagine the motives of Mr. Mudry for his concerted effort to draw question toward Napier's positive business momentum. In his two pages Mr. Mudry does not make one mention of any of the significant business developments that Napier, and its staff, has achieved since January 1997 in re-shaping the company. In particular he overlooked the fact that Napier has developed one of the most remarkable, environmentally benign, lifting agents that has already gained sweeping industry support for the removal of paints, urethanes, varnishes, lacquers, bottom coats and primers from industries as far reaching as the aircraft, marine, military and heavy industry sectors."

McPeak - your two companies Dell Chemical & Marketing and 420708 Alberta must be two REALLY HUGE GREAT BIG companies! I cannot find anything about them - not even a telephone number - nothing, zippo, zilch. Nothing in SEDAR, EDGAR (SEC), Alta Vista, Lycos, GTE Yellow Pages or Canada Yellow Pages.

There is a Dell Chemical Company in Scottsdale AZ - but no Dell Chemical and Marketing - and the Scottsdale company isn't the one Mudry refers to in this 'article'.

So unless someone can find anything out about either of these two companies: Dell Chemical & Marketing and 420708 Alberta, then they only exist on paper or exist only for tax purposes or are investment holding companies or are just set up to launder stuff or whatever.

Isn't it interesting that where big $$ are involved - there are always people who want to grab $$ they aren't entitled to.

The ICI SV-35 order next week is going to put some upward movement into NIR's share price - how much, who knows - but it's the only thing now holding NIR back - you boys can't stop that - Hahahaha!

Mudry and McPeak - you're both jerks.

As ever,

David.

Hopefully this cycle in Napiers' history is comming to a close. Let's get all of the skeletons out of the closet. Promoters do not lend credibility to our cause. I would like Aelicks and crew to focus all of their attention on Napier, rather than with a mall advertising company. I would like to see a field general hired to lead the troops, one with chemical distribution experience. Thanks to my Canadian friends for the devaluation, I can now buy more Napier per Dollar. I thought I saw a fuel truck ...... Great time to buy! Who said blast off? Keep shorting boys, I've got plenty of cash!
