Thanks Khris. I've done the reading and I ask this question primarily: What competitive advantage does LBOR have over existing or potential competitors? Currently they may have some limited economies of scale, systems and practices - but nothing which could not easily be implemented by a competitor. I also don't see much to forge loyalty with customers should another organized competitor enter the market. Therefore I can't see my way clear to paying 50x to 75x earnings. Would welcome any input if I'm missing something here. Thanks again, Peter
