I know. Others mocked it as such. BTW, they are also sometimes referred to as "cheat sheets" and are commonly used on underwritten offerings like IPOs and secondaries, but I have no doubt that in these days of analysts acting as PR agents for i-banking clients that they wouldn't also pump up the sales force when insiders or big institutional clients want to unload.

After all, wasn't it Morgan Stanley MMs that got fined for "painting the tape" on the open of some Naz100 stocks on expiration day to keep it from settling in-the-money on their program trading guys' short option positions? (sorry for the run-on sentence)
