How could Starr's report exonerate Clinton? He has already admitted to perjury which IMO is sufficient grounds to impeach the scumbag. IMO by admitting his AFFIRMATIVE lying about Lewinsky both under oath and to the public he in effect admitted to abusing his office. There is NO way Starr's report could exonerate Clinton. Moreover, impeachment is a POLITICAL process. A provable criminal offense is not necessary for impeachment. (Don't believe me, read the report of the House Judiciary Committee Hillary Clinton served on in the Watergate era.) If Starr's report makes a strong circumstantial case for the other offenses which are alleged, and I believe it will, Clinton should be removed if our elected Reps. and Senators uphold their responsibility.
