Cytokine1 I have not looked at most of these companies but my guess would be that the companies with the stronger balance sheets bounced back first. There usually is a flight to quality with uncertainty. I was lucky that I got religion last year as a result of a margin call. Margin can be the devil. Also I am thinking about adding a short position within the same industry (biotech/small drug) to my portfolio. It would be nice to use the short position to reduce the market and industry risk and cover to provide cash when everything is being hammered. good luck with your portfolio richard
