The company, in the case ZONA, has to be notified of the decision to reject or accept the NDA within 60 days. ZONA should know by the 11th, or by the 14th by the latest. ZONA will probably be informed prior to the deadline, and I would not be surprised it they already know what the decision is. After that, assuming the FDA accepts their NDA, the final decision will be announced in six months to one year.
I doubt the stock price will remain flat during that time. I expect up and down fluctuations, and plenty of opportunities for short term traders.

No, I think they would send it by an overnight means. My own personal decision is whether to cash in at a nice, but not obscene, profit on my Sept 17.5 puts now, or wait for nearer to expiration. I am concerned that if the application is accepted, there would be a small bump to over 16. I've also got longer term puts so the game isn't dead if I sell the short term ones.
