Talk of buyout after the close.... My broker pointed out to me the strange trading in the stock over the last week, and together with the rumor he heard after the the close it makes sense that a buy out is in the near future. The forfaiting business produced $200,000 profits in one month. The domestic TAD business is booming. Insiders are buying. And a major group just filed a 13g showing they just made an investment of 7 % in the company from the depressed prices (they bought at market prices). My broker guesses a buyout in the mid 30's...... The volume over the next week or so should give a clear indication. Regards Zman
