It's strange, I am not trying to out do anyone, I am actually trying to help others here. But everyone is so defensive.. I am a trader and a very good one. I have tried unsuccessfully to get others here a little insight on how to enhance their INVESTMENT into Rambus.. I am not trying to get anyone to dump their holdings, but to advise them how they might improve their return.. Nothing else...

Tanisys Tech In Pact To Make Rambus Memory Products

AUSTIN, Texas -- Tanisys Technology Inc. (TNSU) agreed to design, make and sell Rambus Inc.'s (RMBS) Direct Rambus RIMM memory modules.

Financial terms weren't disclosed.

In a press release Wednesday, Tanisys said it plans to begin sampling in multiple sizes later this year, with volume production ready for 1999.

The modules will be manufactured at Tanisys facilities in Texas and Scotland.

Rambus, Mountain View, Calif., develops and markets high-speed, chip-to-chip interface technology for semiconductor memory devices.

Tanisys provides computer products, and technical and logistical services.
