My associate Cardshark asked me to make this post. Out Company Corporate Strategies is the Investment Banker who designed the Rights Offering. The newsletter has the "Rights" wrong to the extent that they left out the "Common Share" that is also included in the Rights Unit. This sentence should read: >>The Right contains one share of [Common Stock], preferred stock, and three warrants which convert into common stock at $8, $12, and $16. This is a very complex security, but it can only benefit existing shareholders. << Also, he believes that the revenues target of $30 million for the year is too high by about $3 to $5 million.
