I have been reading the most recent "quality" posts buy a number of individuals and would like to make a few comments.

Tobasco - I was told weeks ago revenues were $400K, not the 5+ number you have mentioned. I hope you are correct.

Why the comments by Scott of 20% growth? This would do nothing for the stock price (PEG Ratio still unfavorable). We are all banking on much greater growth.

R. Gates - I wish I understood how the MM's could do their magic. Hasn't the volume been too low for anyone to be accumulating?

I have faith in this company long term, but someone made a comment earlier that hit me in the wallet. It is very difficult to average down on small cap stocks. The reason for the decline, while often blamed on MM manipulation and short positions, is generally due to declining fundamentals. If there is bad news on the horizon, selling could be an advance warning.

I for one am at a loss as to how this will play out in the short term.

For the long term the question is will the company and stock price grow faster than other investment opportunities.

FWIW I remain cautiously confident in the technology and prospects, and hope TSIS can deliver.

For my TSIS friends: Everyone check out these sites (after reading below):

I don't mean to put a downer on anyone's day but I think there is a good case to be made that the world's financial situation is going to get much worse before it gets better. Our little company TSIS can't help but get caught up in the pending meltdown. I say "pending", because the losses we've seen in the DOW (19% off it's high) ain't nothin compared to what could lay ahead. Read the pages I've tagged above for some perspective. My scenario is that the Fed will lower rates and the Markets will get a bounce off of it, but it will be a temporary bounce. I plan to use the bounce to SELL! This should all happen (the Fed lowering and the bounce) sometime in September. October could be very very bad.

I really hope this above scenario is wrong, but everything points to it being right. We all must use our own best judgements of course, but I intend on buying gold related stocks. One of them that I've already started buying is ASA, but there are of course many other very good ones. As currencies fall along with bonds and stocks, Gold will be the same safe haven it always is in times of trouble. Even if Russia sells it's gold, there won't be enough in the world to go around for everyone looking to buy it.

Best Regards,

R. Gates
