lets start with each of your points, is bgtit compensated by aznt,
this is a rather strong accusation and believe only aznt can answer this, call them and report back.
young companies make mistakes, aznt didnt know who or what wellrich was they were naive in their early days, too trusting in my opinion.

start with the a mann story, didnt a mann deposit 60k in an account as good faith and aznt then gave him access to all 4 mil shares.
too trusting if you ask me. rumor has it a mann sold the first shares aznt gave him to come up with 60k in first place. never even came up with one dime out of his own pocket.

now mind you smartin, i am not an si warrior like you bmart or tonto.
just putting together the pieces of a puzzle the best i can.
m sylver reminds me of a dreamer who had stars in his eyes when he first hooked up with dr lorrichio, he has now been awoken to harsh reality of life, money attracts greed, greed goes hand in hand with deception, and deception wears many faces.

he knows who stole from him and he has devoted his life to getting justice and getting his shareholders money back, the noose is tightening can you feel it smartin, imagine mr sylver somehow has a bombshell deal or financials to go with freeze of restricted share transfers. people will do anything not to cover this short pos'n, they keep trying to sneak out the door aznt locks it,
they try to climb out the window aznt bars the windows
no escape left time to force them to cover
the noose is tightening smartin
can you feel it
not yet? you will

bgtit said.....>>>>>>How can they sell securities if they are not a registered member of the NASD? << <<<

smartin said>>>>>Why did AZNT give them shares to sell if they weren't registered to sell securities ? It seems that AZNT has a lousy history of hiring people to work for them. In what way are you and Ichabod compensated ? <<<<<

bgtit....is a company allowed to sell their unregistered shares shares themselves? It seems that aznt isn't sure about this themselves as of last year...

june 30, 1997...aznt.....The shares of common stock sold to certain of the Company's present shareholders were not registered under the Act of any state securities' laws. The Company believes that such sales did not involve a public offering within the meaning of Section 4(2) of the Act. In the event that an exemption for such sales is later determined not to be available to the Company or that such offerings should be integrated with the public offering, the Company may be required to rescind such sales as are not entitled to any exemption or take such other steps as may be necessary to comply with federal and state securities laws for such sales. The Company does not intend to rescind such sales, but if required to rescind, the Company will be required to refund $714,914 in cash in certain of its present shareholders.
