Was not trying to be condescending. Think this is an important issue. People often answer the question asked. People also sometimes answer the question they think you asked.

Think we can use a bit of logic in addition to the clear statement from the FAQ section. If anyone at XOMA knew the unblinded data I would think one could tell a lot from just the mood of the person.

I have also asked Ellen about this and she answered the question I asked. Several people at XOMA know the total deaths in the trial. These people are blinded as to who received Neuprex and who received the placebo. If this were not correct the trial would not be blinded. Again, I think you are very wrong, but I am not trying to be condescending. This issue has come up several times and I think new readers may get mislead if they think "XOMA" knows who is getting the drug and the results.

For you to be correct the FAQ passage I posted must be false. Why should we expect that XOMA would post something so incorrect?
