Loki, Better then buying them. If the UN does that then some one has to disarm and destroy them at great expense. I vote that the UN pay them to disarm and destroy the nuclear weapons. Cheaper to do there and a good deal for everyone. Appears some one is going to loan Russia money and never get it back anyway. Why not just give it to them and get something in return. We could get rid of some of our weapons at the same time. I think we have enough to blow the world up several times. NW
