SDRC has never acted as vultures, they are too analytical to actually fight for scraps. Now PTC, that's a company full of vultures.

Be careful about believing that SDRC has what it takes to remain #1 in PDM. They have real sales, marketing, and size weaknesses coupled with being smug. They believe they understand what the world requires better than the world. If these things don't change they will fall fast and hard from the #1 position in PDM. It happened to CV, it happened to Autodesk, it may happen to PTC.

Jerry,

What do you make of the recent decline? Seems some large shareholders are bailing. In your opinion, is there any reason for this reaction given that the stock now has a P/E of 8?

Any rumors about large contracts pending(or not).

Thanks in advance.
