Well, ACEC is a VRTL customer, but their internal accounting issues probably have little effect on VRTL. ACEC's problems come more from a business totally dependent on emerging markets (Korea and Mexico), and the probable pressures to make "the numbers" as a public company. Look at Crosskeys (CKEYF) which just crushed the estimates, and Arichtel (ASYCF) for examples of companies in the telecom software space (both VRTL customers) that are doing great. best regards; Joe
